Sagney™ newsletter giveaway: win a $1,000 gift card

1. Organizer

The contest is organized by 9265-9275 Québec inc., doing business as Sagney (the “Organizer”), 4238 Saint-Laurent Blvd, Montréal, Quebec H2W 1Z3.

2. Contest period and draws

The contest runs in quarterly periods. The first period starts when the contest is posted on sagney.com and ends on January 14, 2027 at 11:59 p.m. (Eastern Time). The draw for this period takes place on January 15, 2027 at 12:00 p.m. (Eastern Time) at the Organizer’s office.

The following draws take place every three months, on April 15, July 15, October 15 and January 15, under the same rules. Each period ends the day before its draw at 11:59 p.m. (Eastern Time). The Organizer may end the contest at any time by posting a notice on this page.

3. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of Canada who are 18 years of age or older. Employees of the Organizer and members of their household are not eligible.

4. How to enter

No purchase necessary. To enter, sign up for the Sagney™ newsletter with a valid email address on sagney.com. Every subscriber on the list at the end of a period, including existing subscribers, is entered in that period’s draw. Limit of one entry per person and per email address for each draw.

5. Prize

One (1) prize is awarded for each draw: a Sagney™ gift card with a value of $1,000 CAD, redeemable on sagney.com. The gift card cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred or replaced if lost.

6. Odds of winning

One entry is drawn at random from all eligible entries received for the period. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries.

7. Winner notification

The selected entrant is contacted by email within 5 business days of the draw and must reply within 10 days. To be declared a winner, the entrant must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question and sign a declaration and release form. If an entrant does not reply in time or does not meet these conditions, another entry is drawn.

8. Personal information

Personal information collected is used to manage the contest and to send the Sagney™ newsletter, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Subscribers can unsubscribe at any time.

9. General conditions

By entering, participants agree to these rules. The winner agrees to the use of their name and city for publicity related to the contest, without compensation.

For residents of Quebec: any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.
